  • Retainer Requirement

A non-refundable 25% retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This amount is applied to your remaining balance.

• Studio Location

The studio is located in Grovetown, GA. The exact address will be provided in your confirmation email once the retainer is received.

• Client Preparedness

Clients are expected to arrive photo-ready, as most sessions are limited to one hour. If you are traveling and require time to change, please notify me in advance so accommodations can be made.

• Booking Timeline & Turnaround

To ensure timely delivery for specific posting dates, unedited proofs are typically sent 2–4 days after your session. Final retouched images are delivered within 5–7 business days after selections are made. Rush turnaround is available for an additional fee: $100 for 4–5 days and $175 for 2–3 days.

• Late Arrival Policy

A 15-minute grace period is allowed with proper notification. While there is no late fee, sessions will end at the originally scheduled time. Arrivals later than 20 minutes will result in a canceled session and require a new appointment.

• Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule one time at no additional cost with at least 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within 72 hours will require cancellation of the original session. In the event of emergencies (e.g., illness), the retainer may be held and applied toward a new session within 60 days.

• Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled through the confirmation email at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session will incur a 50% charge of the remaining balance.

• No-Show Policy

Failure to provide notice of cancellation will result in the client being blocked from booking future sessions with Dope Visionary Lens.

• Gallery Availability

Online photo galleries will remain available for download for 14 days. After this period, access will expire, and the gallery will be removed.

• Image Selection Window

Clients must select their images within 14 days of receiving their proof gallery. After this timeframe, unselected images will be deleted and will no longer be accessible.

• Raw File Policy

Raw (unedited) images are not provided under any circumstances. Only fully edited images that reflect the creative standards of Dope Visionary Lens will be delivered.
